Laura Bean Strasser, the founder of Strasser Law Corporation, is a graduate of Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.
She has acted in various legal capacities for over 23 years working in multiple areas of law, including civil litigation,
toxic torts, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, employment law, family law, adoptions, guardianships,
conservatorships and juvenile dependency. Before being admitted to the Bar in 2009, she ran a business beginning
in 2002 conducting legal research and writing legal briefs for law firms throughout the Sacramento area achieving
high success rates for those attorneys. She has taught college level law courses including Advanced Civil Litigation,
Employment Law, Legal Ethics and Legal Terminology at MTI College and continues to be a member of their adjunct
faculty. . Laura has been involved with numerous organizations focusing on parents and children involved
with the foster care system, including the Child Abuse Prevention Council, Sacramento Crisis Nursery and Sacramento Court
Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). She is also a member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and the National
Alliance of Victims' Rights Attorneys. . She established Strasser Law Corporation, a private general litigation
practice, for the purpose of catering to the every day legal needs of her clients. She also serves on
the Placer County panel of court appointed counsel for children and parents in juvenile dependency proceedings.
